This is project was an early take on generative AI, built in 2019 and launched in 2020.
I trained an LLM (using GPT-2) on existing music review text. I then created this "fake" music review website, consisting of AI-written reviews of non-existent albums. In turn, artists were asked to submit new music based off the descriptions of these imagined albums.
The project received international intention including a feature article in Art in America.
